FINANCIAL OPTIONS
We are a fee for service practice. We can not quote over the phone without a consultation visit in our office. Payments are expected at the time of service.  You can pay for your office visits and any treatments by cash, money order, carecredit account, credit or debit card at the time of treatment. We will offer you a claim form that you can mail to your insurance company, for direct reimbursement from your insurance company to you.
